Services Provided
OLYMP BPO provides business process outsourcing services, including but not limited to customer support, back-office operations, and data management. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
Client Obligations
To ensure the 'Olympian' standard of service, the Client agrees to: Provide timely and accurate information necessary for service delivery; Maintain the legal right to share any data or materials provided to OLYMP BPO; Designate a primary point of contact for coordination and approvals.
Payment and Billing
Fees: Services are billed according to the rates outlined in your specific SOW. Payment Terms: Payments are due within 5 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late Payments: OLYMP BPO reserves the right to suspend services if accounts remain past due for more than 10 days.
Confidentiality
Both OLYMP BPO and the Client agree to protect each other's proprietary information. We ensure that all staff handling your account have signed strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Confidential information shall not be shared with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
Client Materials: The Client retains all rights to any data, logos, or materials provided to OLYMP BPO. Work Product: Upon full payment of fees, the ownership of the final work product created specifically for the Client shall transfer to the Client. Company Property: OLYMP BPO retains ownership of its internal processes, proprietary software, and training methodologies used to deliver the services.
Term and Termination
Duration: These Terms remain in effect as long as an active SOW exists. Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days' written notice. Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate immediately if the other party breaches a material term and fails to cure it within 15 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLYMP BPO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising out of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service during the 6 months preceding the event.
Data Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For clients requiring specific compliance (e.g., GDPR or HIPAA), a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo. The parties agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kosovo.
