Our founder Jeton Aliu came from the BPO industry and had seen the difference between short-term outsourcing solutions and teams built to last. Having progressed through every stage of the BPO career path from entry-level specialist to senior management, he founded OLYMP BPO with the experience to design outsourcing workflows with a surgical understanding of daily operational reality.
